Returns/Refunds/Exchanges Policy

At Pepper Cottage Co., we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our handcrafted candles, all sales are final.

Exceptions:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit, resulting in damaged or defective products. In such cases, we are happy to offer replacements or refunds. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence of any damage or defects.

Contact Us:

If you believe your candle is defective (ex: wick won't stay lit) or damaged in transit, please contact us at  peppercottageco@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. Our customer service team will assess your claim promptly and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. A return label will be emailed to you, and a refund of your purchase will be issued in 7-10 business days once your returned item is received. If you wish to receive a placement, we will ship out your replacement order within 48 hours of accepting your return request. If we do not receive your return within 30 days of accepting your request, you will be charged for your replacement order.

Please Note:

  • We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than product defects or damage in transit.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Replacement products will be sent out as soon as possible, subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet our criteria.
